ST. CHARLES, Mo. (10/11/05) A final round of even-par for Anthony Broussard propelled him to a top 15 finish for the North Texas men’s golf team at the Missouri Bluffs Challenge. Broussard finished in a tie for 14th place after a three-round score of 1-over par 214.

North Texas shot a team score of 293 in the final round and finished in 13th place with a tournament score of 875.

“We still need to be more consistent out on the course but I still think that we are making progress,” said North Texas head coach Jim Bob Jackson. “Anthony really came out and competed in this tournament but we still need to get every one out there to come out and compete like we are capable of, but I still like the make up of this group”.

Austin Welch had a 3-over par 74 final round and was 5-over for the tournament. Welch finished in a tie for 30th place.

Raul Lemus fired a 75 in the third round and shot a three-round score of 222. KT Livingston shot his best round of the tournament with a 2-over par 73 and had a 224 for the tournament. Harris Graham shot a third round score of 78 and was 233 for the tournament.
