DENTON (4/16/07) - North Texas Cheer was at Lee Elementary School in Denton earlier this afternoon to get student ready to take the TAKS tests.
More then 80 students from grades 3-5 were present at the Academic Pep Rally for the upcoming TAKS tests, which they will be taking later this week. Students were able to learn the fight song, band cheers, Fly like an Eagle, and the Alma Mater from North Texas Cheerleaders and Scrappy. Lee Elementary mascot Leonardo was also on hand for the Pep Rally.
