“I knew this would be a hard-fought game for us. Lafayette has gotten off to a fast start in conference and continue to play very well. I thought a real key was the play of “Q” Quincy Williams. He scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds for us. His defensive play was even better as we were short-handed with Keith (Wooden). We again had some guys step up for us. Adam McCoy came in and gave us a spark and both Collin (Dennis) and Josh (White) were a bit under the weather so all-in-all this was a great win for us,”

“Keith rolled his ankle in the game against Arkansas State and wasn’t 100%. This is a long season and we thought it best to rest him tonight. In addition to Quincy, I thought Justin (Howerton), Harold (Stewart) and Kedrick (Hogans) all played well in the post area for us,”
