In the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Living-Learning Community, you will have the opportunity to engage in various learning and leadership activities which will enable you to foster unique friendships, build career networks, and gain valuable experience. Discover why living in a Living-Learning Community with fellow STEM students can help positively shape your first-year experience at UNT. As a student living in the STEM Living Learning Community, you will:

  • Live in the same hall with approximately 150 STEM students
  • Have access to a computer lab with licensed software relevant to your class requirements
  • Receive opportunities for extra tutoring
  • Visit to various STEM-related companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
  • Learn about careers from working professionals in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math
  • Be invited to participate in student organizations in various majors related to Science, Engineering, Technology, and Math
  • Discuss STEM-related issues with faculty, staff and students

*Students majoring in College of Engineering, Engineering PREP Program, Physics, Chemistry, or Math are best suited to select this community. Often Biology students select our Health Professions Living Learning Community.

The S.T.E.M. Living-Learning Community is housed in Crumley Hall for the 2016 - 2017 year.
