How to Register with the Eagle Network

Eagle Network System

The Eagle Network system, powered by CSO Interfase, is the UNT online recruitment system that can be used to post part-time, internship/co-op or full-time employment available to UNT students and alumni. Businesses of all kinds and sizes can post opportunities at no cost to the employer.

How to Register with the Eagle Network

  1. Go to: /eagle-network
  2. Click on the "Eagle Network" link.
  3. Click "Employer Login" and select "Click here to register."
  4. Type the name of your organization/company in the "Find Your Organization" search field
    • If your organization/company name is listed:
      • Check the box next to your organization/company name.
      • Click the Continue button.
    • If your organization/company name is NOT listed:
      • Click "Can't Find Your Organization" to complete a new registration.
  5. Follow the prompts to create an account. You will be emailed within 48 hours verifying that your account has been approved.

Please be sure to keep your Profile Information up-to-date (under My Profile).

How To Post Jobs

Enter a new job listing

Please note that you will not be able to enter a new job listing while your contact account is in pending.
  1. Log on to the Eagle Network System
  2. Click "New Job" on the submenu bar and save the form when completed.

Edit job listing(s)

  1. Log on to the Eagle Network System.
  2. In your "Job List," Click Job ID# of the position you want to change.

Copy a Job Posting

  1. Log on to the Eagle Network System.
  2. Select the "My Jobs" tab.
  3. Select "Job List" and then select the job and click on "Copy Job" at top of menu.

Close a job listing

  1. Log-on to the Eagle Network System.
  2. In your Job List, click the Job ID# of the position you want to close.
  3. Click the "Close Job" link at the top of the job and click "OK" to confirm.

To view students applying for your position

  1. Log-on to the Eagle Network System.
  2. Click "R" under the "Activity" section. If no one has applied for the job, the "R" will not be highlighted.

 

How To Register for a Career Event

  1. Click on the Career Events tab. Click on the Search submenu.
  2. You will see a list of all current Career Events (Career Fairs, Industry Days, etc.). We also have this list available here.
  3. To view details or register, click on the Career Event’s name.
  4. Fill out your profile and select the appropriate fees (if any).

NOTE: Once you register for an event, you will be able to immediately print the invoice (click on the gray Invoice button). Also, you will be emailed by our office to confirm your registration to the event. If you need to make changes to your profile or fees after your registration has been confirmed, you will need to contact our office at (940) 565-2705.
