Information Technology User Services Adaptive Lab

Mission Statement

The mission of this lab is to provide general services to the UNT community with an emphasis on the special features that Instructional Computing Services has to offer including help desk support and research assistance. Additionally, the ITUS Adaptive Lab is the designated adaptive lab on campus providing state-of-the-art adaptive equipment for those who need it.

For more information about adaptive services on the UNT campus visit the Office of Disability Accommodation, located in Sage Hall, Room 167.

The ITUS Adaptive Lab provides consultants to help all patrons with their computing needs. More than simply a friendly face at the door, our consultants can answer questions about the Windows and Macintosh operating systems, Microsoft Office and your scanning and compact disk-burning needs. Consultants are available 60 hours per week to assist our patrons. All lab monitors and consultants have been trained to provide guidance and instruction on the adaptive hardware and software.

For advanced computing needs or help with statistical research, visit the Research and Statistical Support Services office in Sage Hall, Room 336, and ask to see an R&SS consultant after you have read their website.

The ITUS Adaptive Lab is part of the UNT Student Computer Laboratory network. Please visit the UNT SCL website to see other labs in the UNT network.
