Institutional Records Management Program 2016

 The Institutional Records Management Program has important updates to help you manage your records.

 All units, please go to the “RMRs” tab on the website to either designate or confirm your unit’s Records Management Representatives (RMRs). There should be a primary and an alternate RMR designated for every unit.

• We also want to remind you that all RMRs are required to take the MANDATORY Introduction to Records Management training course. If you are the designated RMR for your unit, the records management website has available dates posted. Visit my.unt.edu to register for trainings. The course code is AC16RM.
• We have several date/time options for UNT, UNT System and UNT Dallas RMRs to choose from.
