UNTHSC Specific Resources:
2015 Staff Performance Feedback Forms will be completed for all non-faculty team members, who started their employment prior to July 1, 2015. Those team members who started on or after July 1, 2015 will enter the next cycle for Individual Coaching Plans and will not complete the form.

These sessions are intended to assist supervisors in understanding how to provide effective performance feedback and complete the 2015 Staff Performance Feedback Form. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the process and learn more about feedback expectations.
