Loop 1604 Northwest

Heavy congestion on Loop 1604 from FM 471 (Culebra Road) to SH 16 (Bandera Road) is expected to worsen and create safety issues. The proposed project will improve mobility, traffic operations and safety.

Proposed Improvements include the following:

Expand Loop 1604 to an expressway section

Improvement of intersection/interchange operations with overpasses at Braun Road, New Guilbeau Road, and Shaenfield Road.
