Study Description

The Texas Department of Transportation is proposing improvements to the I-10 West perimeter between FM 3351 and Fair Oaks Parkway.

The proposed project includes:

• Converting existing I-10 two-way frontage roads to one-way frontage roads
• Constructing a new I-10 overpass at Old Fredericksburg Road
• Replacing and expanding the existing Fair Oaks Parkway Bridge over I-10
• Reconfiguring entrance and exit ramps along the corridor

The proposed improvements on I-10 will cost $25.6 million and the Fair Oaks Parkway Bridge will cost $8 million.
