Study Description

The Texas Department of Transportation is proposing improvements to I-10 between FM 3351 and La Cantera Parkway.

The proposed project includes:

• Expanding I-10 to a total of eight lanes (four in each direction)
• The additional four lanes would be managed lanes (two in each direction)

The proposed improvements on I-10 will cost $180 M. This project is part of the $825 M plan announced in 2014. This is a partnership with Bexar County, the Alamo Regional Mobility, the City of San Antonio and VIA Metropolitan Transit.
