The scope of this study is a .5 mile section of Louetta Blvd. from Whitewood Drive west to the southbound frontage road of IH 45.

Current Conditions

The current road is four lanes with a continuous left turn lane.

Proposed Improvements

• Installation of a 12-foot wide center raised concrete median
•  Construction of a left turn lane with an 11-foot wide travel lane and a 2-foot wide concrete raised median with a 1-foot curb offset.

The four travel lanes would remain 12 feet wide with a 5 foot wide outside shoulder. All improvements would be within existing right-of-way.
