The scope of this study is 2.2 miles of County Road (CR) 403 in Brazoria County from CR 94 to Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 865.
Proposed Improvements
The proposed improvements would widen to four, divided lanes with a raised median and curb and gutter drainage with a detention pond.
