The scope of this study is an approximate 1.0-mile section of Pearland Parkway from approximately 500 feet east of Oiler Drive to Dixie Farm Road.

Current Conditions

The existing roadway is divided with two 12-foot travel lanes, and does not extend through to Dixie Farm Road.

Proposed Improvements

Proposed improvements include: 

• Widen to four 12-foot travel lanes divided by a 16-foot-wide grassy median
• Bridge built at Cowart's Creek
