TxDOT proposes improving FM 1560 from SH 16 to improve mobility, safety and operational functioning of FM 1560. This also includes accommodating bicyclists and pedestrians.

Proposed Improvements

• Four 11-foot travel lanes (two in each direction)
• Continuous two-way left turn lane
• Two five-foot bike lanes (one in each direction)
• Curbs and sidewalk along both sides of road
