The scope of this study is for roadway widening to a four-lane divided facility with 10-foot shoulders and an above-grade over pass at Union Pacific Railroad. 

Current Conditions

The current road is undivided with two 12-foot travel lanes with 8-foot shoulders and an at-grade crossing at Union Pacific Railroad. 

Proposed Improvements

• Widen FM 3083 from IH 45 to Loop 336.
• Construct 16-ft. raised median, with left-turn bays at directional intersections and full openings at major intersections.
• Create a 10-foot shoulder.
• Construct a grade separation over the UPRR
