Purpose:	The purpose of the meeting is to improve safety and mobility on I-35.

Description:	Proposed improvements include: Modify existing mainlanes to improve sight distance Add collector-distributor lanes, (also known as frontage road bypass lanes), under the Riverside Drive bridge to improve intersection traffic flow Replace bridge crossings at Riverside Drive and Woodland Avenue Widen I-35 bridges over Lady Bird Lake to accommodate divided travel lanes and widened shoulders Provide bicycle and pedestrian facilities along the frontage roads and Riverside Drive Comments received by Aug. 3, 2015 will be included in the official record. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
