The list below identifies 312 awards not reported on by prime recipients for Quarter 4, 2013 as required by the Recovery Act's mandate for quarterly reporting. The agency-certified list was provided to the Recovery Board by federal agencies and includes:
- 148 award reports not submitted in the January 2014 reporting cycle
- 86 award reports not submitted in two reporting cycles
- 78 award reports not submitted in three or more cycles since October 2009
The following agencies did not submit non-compliers lists to the Recovery Board:
- Department of Housing and Urban Development
- United States Army Corps of Engineers
Quarter 4, 2013 was the last time recipients will report on their awards as the requirement to report was repealed in the Omnibus Spending bill passed in January 2014.
