The homeless live like animals, having nothing to do they're bored. They need something to do, except for being arrested, and go to jail and, court. The courts are overloaded as it is, this should tell you the taxpayers are paying for this.

What need is for the United States to close the doors, to imports and exports, that would make new jobsthen we would have less Homeless.
