Launch Campaign to Reduce Summer Learning Loss
AARP Foundation Experience Corps, PBS member stations and their local partners have joined forces to provide literacy activity booklets to accompany new episodes of the popular show WordGirl, which will air on PBS stations and on YouTube over the summer. Know some elementary age kids? You can download the activity book and reading chart to help bridge the summer learning gap and join WordGirl in expanding vocabularies of children everywhere!
