Player Notes
Clayton Kershaw yielded on run in 3 1/3 innings in Sunday's Cactus League start versus the Mariners.

Advice: Robinson Cano led off the third with a double, moved to third on a wild pitch, then later scored on a ground ball double play. Kershaw struggled with control, walking three batters along with the four hits he allowed. He also struck out three. The lefty has a 2.16 ERA in 8 1/3 innings to start the spring and should be expected to be baseball's best starting pitcher again in 2015.

Clayton Kershaw allowed one run over three innings Tuesday in his second Cactus League start.

Advice: Rockies catcher Nick Hundley got to him for a homer in the top of the third inning. Kershaw was otherwise pretty sharp, striking out two batters and walking one. He'll be the Dodgers' Opening Day starter again this season.
