Bio/Description

I’m Michael Pick, a writer, designer, and content producer.

For five years, I headed up media content and worked on editorial projects for Automattic Inc., the folks behind WordPress.com, before deciding to take some time out for my own writing and publishing projects. I’ve also made work across media for Scientific American, The Atavist, TechCrunch, Genentech, The New York Times, WordPress.org, The Dataportability Project, and a bunch of startups big and small.

These days, I’m working on a novel, with a side order of occasional copywriting, content strategy and implementation for startups, small businesses, and tech companies.
