Free public access to a searchable online database of more than 3 million federal publications is now available to users located in the U.S. from the National Technical Reports Library. NTIS is also offering a range of premium subscription based services to individuals, universities, corporations, and other institutions for varying levels of access to all documents in its collection (see NTRL Access Chart). Access outside the U.S. is also available via individual and institutional subscriptions.
