With all the talk of
new passport requirements to enter or re-enter the U.S., people are rushing off to apply for their passports - a backlogged process at the moment.
However, aside from a passport there are several
travel documents that are equivalent to a passport. These travel documents satisfy Canada border requirements in that they prove both the identity and citizenship of the traveller.
In some cases, applying for these
alternate travel documents may be cheaper and faster.

Each year at the end of January begins the 17-day long freeze-fest in gorgeous Quebec City. Think Mardi Gras in winter and you have some idea what a big deal the Quebec Winter Carnival is.

Every year from the beginning of November until the first week of January, Niagara Falls evenings are aglow with lights, light displays and fireworks. This is a free event and one that the kids will love!
