A New Acne Treatment Option

So, there's a new drug in town. It's one of those nifty combination gels, and it's called Epiduo.
Epiduo is a combination of 0.1% adapalene (better known as Differin) and 2.5%
benzoyl peroxide. The FDA recently gave this new medication the OK.
As far as side effects go, it's typical of many acne treatment topicals: dryness, irritation, peeling. If you are interested in trying this new gel, talk to your dermatologist. You'll need a prescription, and your doctor can tell you if it's a good option for you.

This new year, I'm going to: get some exercise every day (this time I mean it), ride my horses more, find fault with others less, and stop
popping pimples (I'm so guilty of this, even though I know better). Most importantly, I'm striving to take better care of myself.
This may be doubly important, if acne has you down. A few easy actions on your part can help you feel better about yourself, and give you a boost whenever you need it. And that's a good thing any time of year.
