The Mean Green track and cross-country teams got up extra-early on Aug. 29 to appear on News 8 Daybreak to celebrate the kickoff of college football with other Texas colleges.
It was a great opportunity for the Mean Green to show their school pride, as well as get excited for the upcoming sports season. At 2:50 watch for Mean Green cross-country coach Stefanie Slekis, as well as the large crowd of student athletes behind her throughout the video.
