The North Texas "Mean Green" family is delighted to welcome Samantha Huang of Shenzhen, China, and Kalli Jennings of Andrews, Texas. The are both great students and accomplished golfers. They will be fun to watch starting in August of 2015!! "GO MEAN GREEN" !!

We are in Vegas for the Las Vegas Collegiate Sunday-Tuesday at Boulder Creek. Great course and a very strong field. We decided to "Beef it Up" at Holsteins at the Cosmopolitan Great food and a nice time on the Strip. Go Mean Green!!

The North Texas women just completed the Aggie Invitational in Las Cruces. The video is freshman Nyca Khaw making a birdie on number 10 on the way to a solid finish. Congrats to Maraea Durie on her 15th place finish. Our next tournament is the Las Vegas Inv. Go Mean Green !!!

There was a lot of "Mean Green" Pride at the Fed-Ex Memphis Intercollegiate. Eji and Devin were rallying during play yesterday. Eji finished 8th and played really well. Devin shot 72 in the second round. Very nice for the freshman. Maraea Durie made an eagle on the par-4 10th on Monday. Very exciting. Good start to the season. GO MEAN GREEN !!

We are practicing at Ridgeway CC for the Fed-Ex Memphis Intercollegiate. We were having a chip in game and I told the girls to hurry up :). It worked !!!

Thank you to this team for a memorable year. Wonderful young ladies. We shot 294 today in the final round of Conference, our best round of the season. Congrats to freshman Eji Kwon and Senior Chaz Chrismer on 12th and 25th, respectfully. Taylor Kilponen and Brooke Bailey completed their careers this week, too. Great memories. Go Mean Green !!

After an 8 hour flight, we made it to Honolulu. For four of the girls, this is their first Hawaii experience. We start tomorrow with the practice round and 36-18 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Hopefully we will get a little more "Aloha" after we take care of business. GO MEAN GREEN !!

The Mean Green finished 5th at the Islander Classic yesterday out of 16 teams. It was a positive start to the spring. Congratulations go out to freshman, Eji Kwon for her, career best, 5th place finish and to senior Taylor Kilponen on her 10th place finish.
We are back in action in 2 weeks at the Dr. Donnis Thompson in Hawaii. More good news soon. GO MEAN GREEN
