TTI has a long history of assisting TxDOT in establishing desirable vegetation for erosion control and beautification. Today, TTI's environmental research has expanded to include measurement of vehicle emissions. The Riverside campus and Pecos facilities both provide ideal conditions for both outdoor testing and indoor facilities that assist in research that will improve both our roadsides and air quality.
