Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas provides leadership to our extensive network of Workforce centers and service providers who are dedicated to assisting employers in finding the right employee. The North Central Texas Workforce Development Board includes 32 representatives of business, industry, education and community organizations focused on the needs of the North Central Texas community. Our service area includes Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise counties. This area is home to over 2.3 million residents, 47,000 businesses and over 1.2 million workers.
