UNT VOLLEYBALL LANDS FOUR ON ALL-CONFERENCE: Ahead of this weekend’s Conference USA tournament, the Mean Green Volleyball team landed four players on the C-USA All-Conference Team, including Carnae Dillard, who was named the Player of the Year. Good luck this weekend, ladies, and Go Mean Green!

THE MONEY GAME: In just four weeks a UNT student investment team tripled $500,000 in virtual stocks to over $1.5 million and won TD Ameritrade's first Think or Swim Challenge. Team captain Mason Hendrickson appeared on CNBC’s Closing Bell to talk about the strategy that beat out 95 other college teams across the country.

"TONIGHT SHOW" BAND MEMBER TO PLAY AT UNT: Internationally renowned trumpet player and former "The Tonight Show" band member Chuck Findley will play with UNT’s One O’Clock Lab Band on Nov. 25.
MAPPING DISEASES: UNT professor of geography Dr. Joseph Oppong has been tracking disease outbreaks like Ebola around the world since the early 90’s. Dr. Oppong's research helps gather valuable data and map where diseases are concentrated and where they are likely to go.
