Volunteer

Volunteers are a critical part of the Library's success. If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you may help by shelving books, assisting with special projects, or serving as a member of Teen Library Friends. Register to volunteer at Volunteer Southlake.

Volunteers must follow the policies set by the Library which include:
  • The Library believes it is very important to offer flexible work opportunities to our volunteers, but it is necessary that we be given 24 hours notice when scheduling your hours, and Saturday hours are by approval only.
  • Your attitude and attire should reflect your pride in volunteering for the City of Southlake.
If you have any questions, or would like to schedule a volunteer appointment, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Nicola Jesse, by email or by phone at 817-748-8243.
