Lee County, Fla. (CBS TAMPA) – A man in Florida was arrested on Tuesday while wearing a Monopoly board game t-shirt that described his own fate: “Go directly to jail.”

The Southwest Florida News-Press report shows Micah David Dailey, 20, posing for his mugshot wearing the infamous “Chance” card from the Monopoly board game that directs players: “Go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do no collect $200.” The shirt depicts a police officer literally dragging the mustachioed Monopoly Man – Rich Uncle Pennybags — off to jail himself.

Dailey, a Cape Coral man according to his online arrest report from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, was booked for a pair of marijuana-related charges, with one noting he had less than 20 grams in his possession. The second charge alleged by the LCSO is a felony “paraphernalia to transport drugs” charge.

Dailey posted bond and is due back in Lake County Court on Dec. 1.
