Jerrall Wyer, OCC Division Director, names the Lubbock District as a 2010 Vehicle Bonus Program winner. This program was developed to bring greater emphasis on lowering our liability vehicle collisions, occurrences and incidents. The Lubbock District was one of six TxDOT districts to earn the honor.
