Ke$ha 'overwhelmed to tears' by supportFans of singer Ke$ha have stuck by the 26-year-old as she undergoes treatment for an eating disorder. The pop star entered a 30-day program at the beginning of January, and since then has been off the radar. But she asked a friend to send up a flare via her official Twitter account to assure her fans that she's receiving their messages, and that she's doing OK.
