Hartford Logs 13th Homicide

(Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) - Hartford police have identified the victim in the city’s most recent homicide.
Jose O’Casio, 24, of Hartford, was found early this morning suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body.
Officers responded around 1:30 to a ShotSpotter notification at 198 Jefferson Street.
O’Casio was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
The killing is Hartford’s 13th of 2014.
