Find answers to questions
- Go to Adobe Forums and choose a relevant product community from the list below the Ask a Question box.
- Enter your query in the Ask a Question box in the product forum.
- Click the “See More Results” bar below the potential answers for additional information.
Sign in
While you may browse and search the Adobe community anonymously, you must sign in with an Adobe ID to create a new discussion or participate in an existing discussion.
- If you don't already have an Adobe ID, register for one.

- To cancel your Adobe ID membership, contact Customer Support.
Fill in your profile
When you register for an Adobe ID, you create a screen name and a public profile. Here's how to customize that profile:
- Sign in to adobe.com using your Adobe ID.
- Click on your screen name in the upper right-hand corner of the web page.
- In the Actions panel on the right-hand side of the page, click on "Edit forums profile & privacy". Now you can include a photo, describe your interests, include a brief biography, and list Adobe products you use.
Join the conversation
To participate in an existing discussion, first sign in with your Adobe ID. Now you can click the word "Reply" below any forum post. You can also mark posts as Helpful. (See the "Best Practices" section of this page for more on rating content.)
Take the following steps to create a new discussion:
- Sign in with your Adobe ID
- Go to any product forum and look for the Actions panel on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Start a discussion".
- If you don't see that link in the Actions panel, you need to go into a sub-forum. Here is what that looks like in the Adobe Photoshop General Discussion sub-forum:
