Our goji (Wolfberry) plants are hardy zones 3-10 and are a true Superfood. See www.phoenixtearsnursery.com for a full nutrient profile and plant prices. Our plants are DNA identified as Lycium barbarum and the variety is named Phoenix Tears. Nearly all national nursery catalogs now carry wolfberry plants. We supply plants for seven of those national catalogs, with one company contracting for 14,000 plants annually. Sales Options: Bare root starts. We supply USDA inspected root stock. They are shipped dormant and can be stored at 40 degrees for up to six months. Mark up on Regulars is normally about three times the wholesale price. Potted Plants. Bare root starts planted in six inch, or larger, pots will reach saleable size in about six weeks. Potting soil must have a pH of 6.8 or higher. Retail on Regular potted plants is normally from $10.99 to $15.95. At present the only other nurseries offering plants the size of our Select and Deluxe plants obtain them from us. Potted, these plants retail for up to $50.00. Cook Book: Now in it’s fourth printing, with over 100 wolfberry recipes and sections on nutrients, plant propagation, and harvesting leaves and fruit.
