    The excavation work that began recently is for a new Mapco convenience store at the southeast corner of U.S. 72 and County Line Road, according to blueprints filed at the Huntsville Engineering Department.     The school system plans to use that excess revenue as security to get $20 to $25 million from a $175 million BRAC bond the state Legislature made available to 15 North Alabama school districts.
