Target Offering Free Shipping On Online Purchases

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Black Friday is still a month away, but Target is making a major move to win back consumers.
The Minneapolis-based retailer has announced it’s offering free shipping on all online purchases starting Wednesday and going through Dec. 20.
Industry experts say this is just one of a number of enticements Target is pushing in order to win back customers after its massive data breach last holiday shopping season.
Target will also be extending the time frame of its price-matching policy to anytime between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24.
