15 July 2014 Added filters to the volcano search page for volcano type and evidence of activity.
3 July 2014 Updated the Volcanoes of the World database to version 4.3.0, with eruption data through June 2014. Added pages for the "This Dynamic Planet Map" and a log of database updates. Minor volcano profile page changes and reorganization of items under main navigation tabs.
13 May 2014 The homepage photo slideshow has been updated to allow display of over 3,200 images. The Additional Data tab on the volcano profile pages now shows volcano types, tectonic setting, rock types, population and affiliated databases, with a deep link to large Quaternary eruptions in the LaMEVE database.
28 April 2014 Volcano profile pages have been updated to now include tabs of information for Latest Activity Reported, Weekly Reports, Bulletin Reports, Background, Eruptive History, Synonyms and Subfeatures, Photo Gallery, References, and Additional Data (currently Rock Types and Population).
3 April 2014 Back-issues of the Bulletin of the Global Volcanism Network from May through October 2013 have now been posted. Reports are available as PDF files only at this time, until we complete the transition of the Bulletin into our larger database.
