CUMTD received ARRA funds to provide our Administration and Operations headquarters with a much needed make-over. A fourty-year old HVAC system was replaced with geothermal. Our patched and pot-holed parking lot was repaved with permeable pavers that allow ground water to sift through the earth and eliminate puddles of water and salt. And the third project, fixed and replaced our sinking roof with an environmentally friendly white roof!
