The Wisconsin broadband project (Building Community Capacity through Broadband--BCCB) was represented at SXSW-i 2012 on a panel called "Popping Your Bubble: Stories of the Digital Divide" by College of Menominee Nation BCCB team member Dean Davis. The panel was chosen from a pool of over 4,500 applicants.
BCCB is the ARRA-funded WI broadband project.
