Partially funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Hunter Panels' Hinged Target Sump commercial roofing product was included in the Modernization of the IRS Service Center in Andover, MA. This project consisted of renovating 366,141 Sq Ft building into a state-of-the-art, secure, environmentally compliant, and energy efficient space.
Hinged Target Sump is a energy efficient commercial insulation product and the Roofing industry's first one piece 8'x8' polyiso drain sump.
2 layers of 2.5" ISO + 1 layer of Dens Deck.
Contractor used Q target sumps (0.5" to 2.5") and tapered edge strip to form sump area.
