WASHINGTON - USCIS Director León Rodríguez welcomed 30 new citizens during a special naturalization ceremony in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” Speech on Aug. 28, 2014. The ceremony took place at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. memorial in Washington, D.C.  Joining Director Rodríguez were USCIS Chief of Staff Juliet K. Choi, Washington, D.C.
