Barclays appoints
Hector Sants
Barclays has appointed Hector Sants to the newly created role of Head of Compliance and Government and Regulatory Relations. Mr Sants will join the Executive Committee of Barclays and report directly to the Group Chief Executive Antony Jenkins.

Barclays and UNICEF have today renewed their highly-successful Building Young Futures partnership for a further three years.

Barclays has teamed up with Central Working to support fast-developing businesses in the heart of London’s Tech City. We will provide the organisation – which helps small and medium-sized enterprises grow their businesses – with funding to create a site that provides space for tech start-ups and companies that wish to locate in the UK.
The site is expected to help over 22,000 digital businesses in the next five years, potentially generating £350m in combined revenue.
