If you don’t think we’ve got your current location correct, please follow up the two steps below to fix the location and also let us know:
To click “Detect my location” link on the left navigation bar.
Or, on the Location settings page click on “Detect”.

temperature always min. 7°C off
the shown temperature for 9872 millstatt, austria is always way lower than it actually is. what's frustrating is that this is a beach-vacation location. many people won't come here because they think it's too cold! that costs us b'n'b owners lots of customers. please look into this issue.

your weather is screwed up, will not detect even when I tell browser can do so. Tired of wrong place for main location.

City not found
Yahoo Weather for iPhone and website gives me an error "City not found" for "Armavir, Krasnodar Krai, Russia" about a month. Please fix it.

Detect Location doesn't work. So far you have done little to fix i t
"Detect location" is defective for long time and you done very little to correct it. Please do not talk about about improvement if you do not listen to peoples' comment on an issue that ism clearly mistake!!!!!

Fix location detection
The weather app always guesses the wrong location. It doesn't need to guess; the location is already known to Yahoo and to Weather Channel.

Problem with weather in Penza RUS

I hate everything about this new weather feature. It fails in every important respect.
First, the module will not auto refresh on the "home" page (why would it when nothing else does?). Second, it gives too little relevant info. The icons are misleading (does the rain indicator mean 20% or 80%? not clear). You have to click through to another page to get a one-sentence explanation of the forecast, but it is next to impossible to get the same clarification for the following day. Finally, when I compare these forecasts to those offered by local TV network affiliates, yours do not match. For example, today's radar currently shows a large line of thunderstorms about…

let user turn offf IP autolocation
let us choose a default location and turn off ip autolocation,it gives wildly varying locations, sometimes not even the right country, on starting my browser. i have a usb gps it could use but doesn't. my gps sets the browser location correctly and google uses it, but i have to 'detect' in yahoo a few times till it gets it right, butr it doesn't save it.

Your weather page sucks. Show MY weather. I don't live within 700 miles of the location that shows up on my weather page. Fix this #@$%#$.
