With 39 rail stations and 15 bus transit centers, your DART pass is like a key to the city — putting you within steps of the places you go every day.
DART buses and trains operate daily from approximately 5 a.m. to midnight. DART Rail offers service every 5-10 minutes during rush hours and every 20-30 minutes during midday and on nights and weekends. Bus schedules vary by neighborhood. In addition, service times and schedules vary on holidays. Use the online DART Trip Planner or contact DART Customer Service at 214-979-1111 for complete information.
DART BUS SYSTEM
With approximately 130 routes, our buses take you from here to there – and everywhere in between. Chances are there’s a bus stop close to your home or business that connects with DART Rail or other bus routes, allowing you to travel all around our service area.
DART RAIL
Consists of three rail lines. The Red Line runs between Parker Road Station in Plano and Westmoreland Station in West Oak Cliff. The Blue Line stretches between Downtown Garland Station and Ledbetter Station in South Oak Cliff. The Green Line runs between Victory Station and MLK, Jr. Station. All three lines serve the Dallas Central Business District.
TRINITY RAILWAY EXPRESS (TRE)
This commuter train connects the downtown areas of Dallas and Fort Worth, with stops in the Mid-Cities and DFW International Airport. Trains operate Monday through Saturday.
DART ON-CALL
Our demand-responsive curb-to-curb van service, now available in several suburban neighborhoods, whisks you between your home and nearby DART Rail stations, bus transit centers, shopping centers, grocery stores and other popular destinations. DART On-Call is at your service in designated areas of East Rowlett, Farmers Branch, Glenn Heights, Lake Highlands, Lakewood, North Central Plano, North Dallas and Richardson.
DART FLEX SERVICE
Available in South Irving, Telecom Corridor, Lake June, South Plano, East Plano and Garland/Rowlett
FLEX is a service offering the advantages of a fixed route plus the convenience of curbside service. This service charges a local fare for boardings at bus stops and a premium fare for trips that FLEX away from the fixed path. FLEX requests are limited to a specific zone and accepted according to the operator's ability to accommodate the trip within the schedule.
DART PARATRANSIT SERVICES
186 modern, accessible vehicles provide curb-to-curb transportation to people with disabilities who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses or trains. Eligible riders may schedule trips anywhere within the DART Service Area including DFW International and Love Field airports.
HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLE (HOV) LANES
DART currently operates a 84-mile network of lanes designated for vehicles with two or more passengers.
DART VANPOOLS
Passenger vans — complete with maintenance, insurance and emergency taxi rides home — are available to groups of six to 15 commuters with common origins and destinations. DART Vanpools are often fully or partially subsidized by employers.
M-LINE STREETCAR
This nostalgic trolley system links the downtown Dallas Arts District with the trendy shops, galleries and bistros of Uptown, including West Village, where you can transfer to or from DART Rail at Cityplace Station.
