Moore County Commissioner Milton Pax received a 2010 Road Hand Award presented by TxDOT Commissioner Fred Underwood during the Dumas Noon Lions lunch in Dumas. Pax is an active member of the Ports-To-Plains and Spirit 54 initiatives, and he helped secure federal funding to four-lane segments of U.S. Highway 87 between Dumas and the New Mexico line. Way to go Milton on receiving this high TxDOT honor!
