If you're a regular winner in your company's annual NCAA bracket contest, take note:

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway will fund a payout by Quicken Loans for a $1 billion prize to be awarded to the college basketball fan who submits the perfect NCAA bracket for the 2014 tournament.

The prize money would be paid over 40 years in annual payments of $25 million, or a lump-sum payment of $500 million. Multiple winning entries will split the money.

There are more than 9 quintillion possible ways to fill out the 64-team bracket, according to math and science website orgtheory.net.
