    •  Here in Garland, Our neighborhood school waters its vast lawns at least three times per week, possibly four, while us home owners suffer cracking lawns and foundation issues with drought. This morning under cloudless skies and with no significant rain since October 28th, here is what I saw. This is the type of things that turns people against government, when officials in high places live by a different set of rules than everyone else.
